School Policy

1. General Requirements

Mandatory completion: This registration form must be fully completed before any on-road driver training begins.

Identification: A copy of the student's Driver's Licence (front and back) must be provided.

2. Liability Release and Risk Acknowledgment

Release of claims: Students agree to completely release Hope Driving School Ltd. and its representatives from any claims regarding physical or emotional injuries, damages, death, or any loss or expense incurred by the student or their next of kin.

Acceptance of risk: Students must acknowledge that on-road driver training involves obvious risks, and that incidents or accidents are possible despite the school's best efforts.

Indemnification: The student agrees to hold harmless the school, its owners, and representatives from any liability or injury caused to a third party or their property during training.

Waiver of rights: Students waive all claims against the school and its affiliated companies. They acknowledge that they are waiving legal rights that they or their heirs or executors may otherwise have.

3. Legal Binding and Consent

Binding agreement: These policies are effective and binding upon the student, their heirs, next of kin, executors, and administrators.

Underage students: If a student is underage, a parent or guardian must provide consent for enrollment and agree to be bound by the same conditions and limitations.

Surveillance for safety: All lessons are recorded via video and audio for security, liability, and training purposes.

4. Acknowledgment

By signing the policy sheet, the student or guardian acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted the risks and terms outlined in the agreement.

The policy requires a signature, date, and initials to be considered fully executed.
